Registration fees for the 2017 WetPol conference will be as follows:
Early Registration Rates are good through Friday, July 21st. A Pre-conference workshop (learn more here) will also be held at an additional charge. Details will be made available in the coming days. Guests are invited to join attendees for pre-conference activities as well as the Opening Reception on Monday, August 21st and Dinner on Thursday, August 24th (an additional fee will be due).
Standard Delegate/Full Conference

Standard Delegate registration includes admittance to all sessions and professional tours as well as the Opening Reception on August 21st, Continental Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday, August 22nd, Wednesday, August 23rd, and Thursday, August 24th and a continental breakfast on Friday, August 25th.
$225USD early/$275USD late (after July 21st)
Attendees can select one date from August 22nd, August 23rd or August 24th – includes continental breakfast and lunch as well as applicable sessions and tours.
$395USD early/$475USD late (after July 21st)
Attendees can select two sequential dates between August 22nd and August 25th – includes continental breakfast and lunch as well as applicable sessions and tours for each day.
Montana Government/Non-profit Rate
$495USD early/$600USD late (after July 21st)
Montana State Government and Montana-based non-profit organizations can take advantage of our Montana Government/Non-profit rate. Attendees must be employed by the Montana State Government or a Montana-based non-profit.

Book of Abstracts
All attendees will receive a thumb drive, courtesy of Wetland Solutions, Inc., with the book of abstracts upon check-in at the Conference Registration Desk. However, if an attendee wishes to purchase a printed version of the book, they can do so by selecting the appropriate “Optional Item” during the registration process. Cost for the printed abstract books will be $20.00 USD.
Attendees can receive a certificate stating the number of Professional Development Hours (PDHs) they receive for attending the conference. Attendees must indicate their desire to receive the certificate. Estimated PDH’s are as follows:
- Full Conference Attendee – 21.5 PDHs for Tuesday through Friday
- Two-day and One-day Attendee – Will be determined by days attended.
- 7.25 PDHs for Tuesday, August 22nd
- 8 PDHs for Wednesday, August 23rd
- 3 PDHs for Thursday, August 24th
- 3.25 PDHs for Friday, August 25th.
There is no cost for this certificate.
