How to get there

Belgium has two main airports: Brussels Airport (BRU) and Charleroi Airport (CRL), also called Brussels-South airport. From Brussels-South airport, you can either take a shuttle bus to the Brussels-Midi train station and from there catch the train to Bruges, but there are also regular shuttle buses which go straight to Bruges, check https://www.flibco.com/en/timetable. 

Via Brussels-Midi train station or Lille-Europe (just across the border in France), there are high-speed train connections to Paris and Amsterdam. available.
